TRASH TO TREASURE FLOWERS...

I can help picking up stray white silk flowers out of the sale bin in any craftstore.  This is what I make out of them.  I layer the sizes, hold them together with a sequin and a brad...then I ink the up edges with my Kaleidacolor Rainbow Ink pad in the color I need to match my artwork.  Then the magic happens...I mist them with my homemade glimmer mist so the shades lightly bleed into each other for a watercolor look.  I love making something pretty out of nothing...I did a step by step tutorial on my other blog, here is the link http://misspeachsmeowz.blogspot.com/2011/06/monet-watercolor-blossoms.html  maybe you might be inspired to play along.
